History: Rutger grew up on Ariel
to a prominent Alliance Colonel and a housewife. He was raised on the Alliance propaganda machine. It was a forgone conclusion
that Rutger would enter the academy and follow in his fathers foot steps.
When Rutger entered the academy,
he excelled in the classroom work. He failed almost every field exercises his first year. Rutger was sheltered, and never
really learned the outside world. His world was black and white.
After a dressing down from his father, he threw himself
into the military life. He graduated in the top five of his class. The problem was, no one liked him. Oh, he was a nice enough
guy, he just followed everything by the book. Including when, where, and how to eat. It made him a predictable officer and
therefore dangerous.
As a last ditch effort to teach him the world, the Interpol HQ sent him to the Lotus to gain experience.
